Semolina Gnocchi in Beef Broth

I made beef stock yesterday for Chiles Rellenos and there was stock left over. Broth makes me think of soup, so for dinner tonight I made a soup with semolina dumplings.

For the dumplings, I followed Lidia Bastianich's recipe for Semolina Gnocchi in Mixed Broth and used my home made beef broth instead of chicken broth.
