I've had heaps of fun playing in the kitchen (and, a few disastrous moments). It's all good, especially the pizza. :-)

It is not difficult to make great pizza at home, if you take a bit of care in the planning and execution. These pies were baked in my old electric oven. If you have a woodfired BBQ or pizza oven, then Bob's your uncle!
